Xavier Moreno

CEO of MdFGestefín since 2007, Xavier is Graduated in Maths (Exact Sciences) by the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and Executive MBA by ESADE.

He started his professional career at Argentaria Gestión as Analyst and Manager for Derivatives Products, developing, valuating and managing the guaranteed products for the company network. After working for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as Wealth Manager, he joined AXA España, where he took responsibilities for 7 years in the following areas: ALM analysis, asset allocation, portfolio’s optimisation, risk control and management, to finally become responsible for Fixed Income and Pension Funds Management.

Xavier also holds the Diploma Superior in Derivatives Financial Products by Bolsa y Mercados (BME), he is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) and a Certified Internacional Invesment Analyst (CIIA).
