At MdF Achievers we offer three kinds of services: Family Office, Family Governance and Private Investments Office. These services are offered together and individually.

All our services can be rendered directly to families, but also to the specific family office of a family. Our regular way of working is through the person or people of trust of the family, who may constitute a real family office or not, and with whom we maintain the contact more regularly.

Family Office Service

• Consolidated reporting of positions, analysis and risks monitoring
• Family accounting and portfolio company accounting
• Control, monitoring and evaluation of bank relationships and portfolio management.
• Philanthropy
• Negotiation of bank conditions. Selection, monitoring and evaluation of custodian banks
• Management and administration of insurances and bank accounts
• Management and control of issues related to the family economy (Social Securities, local taxes, etc.)

 

Family Governance Services

• Advising and consultancy on design and implementation of a family office structure of its own
• Design and implementation of a family governance structure that takes into account all the interests involved and tries to carry out the principles and values of the family, assuring the necessary cohesion and the successful transmission to future generations.
• Appropiate organization of the family relationships, wealth and company; Choice, design and start up of the most convenient legal structure, tax efficiency, civil and mercantile organization, optimization of income flows and divestment procedures, wealth inheritance or generational shift
• Preparation and management of Family Board meetings when necessary

 

Private Investment Office

• Elaboration of a strategic plan for the wealth suitable for the specific mission of each family or family branch
• Turn the family wealth mission and road map into a tailored Investment Policy Statement (IPS), or into an IPS for each family branch or member.
• Execution of the IPS in the way agreed with the family: delegation, advising or execution. Design of a global strategy of financial assets assignment of all kinds. Establishment of the legal vehicle structure that better responds to the family needs. Recommendation or selection of the necessary providers. Monitoring and control. Regular update.
• Specific investments services for one or several kinds of assets exclusively.

As a Private Investment Office, MdF Achievers do not have any product of its own neither receive any kind of commission, fee or income from any service provider. Our remuneration comes exclusively from the families we advice to, who receive any discount or remuneration provided by any product provider.
